Whether it's Alum Rock Park, the Guadalupe River, or Coyote Lake -- we're going to find the federal money to protect and improve our parks and public spaces.

Pinnacles National Park can become a major tourism destination, and an economic engine for San Benito County.  I'm going to make sure that the National Park Service is focused on making it a flagship of the National Parks system.

Let's work together to secure federal investment in a new visitors center, hiking trails, and a zoological garden.

Parks are the infrastructure of livability and human wellness.  Great parks enrich our communities and our lives.

Charlene will fight for federal funds to construct a public amphitheater at Guadalupe River Park.  An independent Board of Trustees will be tasked with turning the park into a destination for art and culture.

Charlene will fight for earmarks to support the construction of aquatic centers in East San Jose, Salinas, Gilroy, Morgan Hill, and Hollister.
